"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

I love the pic of the cardinals in the snow. I don’t care if it is photoshopped or cut and pasted, whatever, cardinals in the snow are on my short list of favorite things!!!! When I see them in my backyard it never fails to take my breath away! :)

Teresa, Re: me on your blog
Aw. I’m blushing that you would post it. I don’t mind people knowing who I am. It’s connecting me to lame comments I may make should they google me. (Which is why I make so few.)
But if anyone is forgiving of – or even lauds my occasional lameness – I know it’s the folks here. __

Oh, Charlie my boy, what have you done, getting sucked into the world of those perverted little freeloving Love Is… nudists?! Put your clothes back on at once, and go see Dr. Lucy for counseling (five cents/visit)!
