    Ow, Roger even lost one of his shoes. He should use sand instead of salt though. Pouring salt around isn’t good for the environment.

    A little salt is not “bad for the environment.” It won’t do your grass next to the side walk or driveway any good, but it’s not like it’s going to get into the ground water and kill all life around there.
