   Do I have an offer for you! I accidentally ordered two copies of Jimmy Stewart’s movie “Anatomy of a Murder”. Amazon is processing a refund for one of them, but doesn’t want the DVD back. Does anyone want it?

   I do sympathize about having Shingles. Both my mother and my aunt had them. Mom’s wasn’t too bad, mostly itching, but Aunt Jean was in a lot of pain. Here’s praying that yours is the lesser variety.

   First off, david……..I am so sorry to hear about the shingles. I understand they can be very painful! Did you ever get the vaccine against it? My primary doctor said to get it, but I need to pass that through my Cancer doctor, and keep forgetting. Thanks for the reminder!
   

   
   Okay, dkram, our Indian Summer is finally over……..it’s only 34, and will probably get up to 38 today. BRRRRR!. And, for your trivia, check out the insignia on the Subaru……it is the Seven Sisters. Also, if you spell Subaru backwards…….it becomes You Are a Bus. (I think it was George Carlin’s line)

   @DAVID: Shingles!! I heard that it’s very painful. A friend had been NAGGING me to get a vaccination for it and I’m glad I listened to him.

   As I explained in Fox Trot en Espanol, I had to go to bed early (a little after Midnight EST) and today’s GoComics begins at 1 AM. So I couldn’t begin to access GC until now. Last night I found my addressbook (paper version) was missing. I looked all over for it. My rule is that if I have an unsolvable problem, I go to sleep and maybe, when I wake up, the problem will be easier to solve. Well, I still can’t find it, but it’s been lost in the past – the problem is it’s small. Then I got a Skype call for my friend in Norway. Now I’ll read the comics.
