Fox doesn’t even let you decide. They tell you that if you’re excited about the World Cup, you’re being played by Obama:

I once explained I was trying to spread a rumor regarding assignment of new office space. I explained I was making it up from whole cloth but was hoping it would reach the right ears and become true.
    it did and it was.
And we all lived happily ever after.

Couldn’t be more correct and precise. The rumor clearing house is definitely Fox “News.”

Fox, where the Brothers Grimm would fit perfectly into the writing staff.

Nonsense, the Brothers Grimm had talent.
    .
Any moment now, as word spreads, I’m sure, the trolls will come from the woodwork out.

Every bit of their news has the smell of Roger Ailes on it, so why isn’t it called “Roger Ailes Television”, or “RAT News”?

Liberals will never grasp that a Fox affiliate, WPXT, did the legwork and broke the Bush DUI story which resulted in the Florida recount a week later. Who’s conspiratorial again?

One of the sad things about their practices is, that many of their viewers think everything Fox says MUST be true, or they wouldn’t be allowed to say it. Also, they tend to love any lie that fits their prejudices.

Being an affiliate doesn’t make them Fox “News” and unless it was owned by Roger Ailes you point is lost. Good to see some of them were actually acting like news stations.

Did Fox “News” carry the story and support it or deny it?

    @moedred
WPXT was affiliated with the Fox Broadcast Network from 1986 to 2001 but it was not owned by the News Corporation, nor was it local news broadcast supervised by either the Fox Broadcast Network or the Fox News Channel.
It is now affiliated with CW.

Read the article, FNC in New York confirmed the story and reported it first. Yet the Michael Moore chronology of history is still gospel in many uninformed circles.

so, if there is a rumor that alien fish from the moon are living among us who have an agenda to make 1 world government because the mongers heard on a call of duty message board, then it must be true?

Michael Moore doesn’t speak for us. At best he was cheap therapy during the 2004 election.
Trudeau is at least fair and balanced depicting the Huffington Post as search engine optimized clickbait paying sub-Walmart wages.

The Obama White House wishes the dirt Fox has on them are just rumors.
