I just looked up a bunch of currency symbols. Not many English words you could make with them.

    @Tom Flapwell

There’s a shortage of vowels among currency symbols; only the euro for e, and sometimes yen for y.

    For consonants
    S dollar
    R rand
    P peso
    L pound
C cent sign, also Costa Rican colon
    F Franc
    W Korean won
    T Mongolian tugriks
    B Thailand’s baht
    N Nigerian nairas
    K Laotian kips
    Y yen
    That’s half the alphabet.

I don’t agree money is the root of all evil!
    .
More likely, it is just the seed…

Actually, I think the saying is ‘the love of money is the root of all evil’. By itself, money is just… money….

It should be “the lack of money is the root of all evil.”

1 Timothy 6:10 “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.”
