    There’s also the dynamic of using larger words in our speech, versus the phenomenon of using abbreviated text, which is seeming to be much more commonplace, these days…. almost to the point that we don’t know how to spell or recognize the fully spelled words, anymore….

    one of the funniest, but not funny comments I remember on the radio was when congresswoman Waters interrupted a discussion about coal-generated electricity with “why do we need clean coal? All we have to do to get electricity is turn on the light switch.”
