    Once, I dreamed the alarm went off on the bedside clock. I got up and started getting dressed, only to figure out 15 minutes later that I had 3 1/2 hours more to sleep.

    Then I had insomnia!

    When I realize that I’m asleep, I usually wake up. Sometimes, though, I will have lucid dreams. Those are fun.
