Later, the mad scientist reheated his leftover coffee, and was fined for double-perking. =rimshot=

Decaf is much too weak, that is only if you happen to drink coffee used as a laxative..

I only like strong expresso in my little Italian pot. I don’t make it often but with this cold weather I will make again tomorrow. American coffee is far too watery. My pot takes 3/4C of water to 3T of coffee-YUM!

I quit drinking coffee a while back.
For a bit I tried Decaf, that’s when I learned that all the things that make ya feel “not quite right” when you drink coffee are not caffeine.
From the 10 am hungrys to evening acid indigestion. Decaf is all the bad stuff with out the jolt.
Took me a few weeks but I’ve broke the coffee habit and now actually feel more awake in the mornings than I did with the mug o’ java.
Been drinking coffee for 40 yrs, it feels very very weird to get up and not have a cup with my breakfast but surprisingly I feel better than I have in years too. Go figure.

Decaf coffee is just like brown water to me, so I don’t drink it.
