    What was the point of the Nugent stunt? Did the Tea Partiers actually think his presence would intimidate Obama? Bring in a guy who has threatened to kill Obama, someone who always carries a gun, and then put him in front of Obama during a major speech?

    I watched Maher last night, for the first time in a long while. One of his guests pointed out that it seems to be part of the Presidents strategy to continue to encourage the rightwing to have it’s extremist nutjobs be on the vanguard. Look at how much that idiotic focus on Benghazi cost Romney, normal people knew it was a garbage ploy. The crazier the GOPers get the more the rational people will vote for the Democrats.

    If you did that there’d be no room since you’d have to add all the people who are dead because of guns. Please spare us the "guns don’t kill people… " fallacy because you’d have to also deny the “guns save us” corollary.
