Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

My wife had a simple solution. She let the kids got to bed when they wanted to. I had the good sense not to fight that battle. I am alive today to tell the story.

I view many of the comics each morning, but I always save Calvin for the last. As it is the best comic ever devised for true laughter, and that is how I like to begin my day!!

Battleship? More like Deathstar, now, Calvin.

I love the Sunday strip.
The artwork is terrific.
And it’s in color, too.

I’ve never understood the complaints of parents who say their kids won’t go to bed. When I was growing up, we did as we were told. Granted, we might not go right to sleep, but we darned sure went to bed,

Stupendous Man and Spaceman Spiff all in the same week. I sure don’t envy Calvin’s parents.

I love the Spaceman Spiff adventures. The spaceship designs take me back to 1950s and 60s science fiction stories.
