Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

I love the (fancy word alert) penultimate panel is which Calvin is knocked out of both his galoshes and his shoes. Susie has quite an arm; he’s lucky to still have his socks.

Calvin just has to show what a hard head he is. Sending that offensive card to Suzie. Personally written and drawn by Calvin of course. Hard to tell just how bad or good it is. he spent so much time on it yet it was insulting. Suzie decided he was being mean and beaned him good at point-blank-range.

I always loved Calvin’s “Nuclear Meltdown”!
Of course, Calvin and Susie DO end up married, and have a daughter named “Bacon”…

I love how Hobbes always hides inside a little stuffed tiger whenever anybody else is around.
