Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

It’s kind of sad he wants to sacrifice his mind to the TV.

Hi Adam/Snoopster, I just wanted to say that I do enjoy reading your comments, and so do many other people. Such as Snoopy 323. I don’t think you should leave GoComics just, because of a few people. Anyway I hope you decide to stay, because I’m sure lots of people would miss you! : )

What is TRULY Sad is that the insightfulness of this particular strip is even more relevant Today than it was when Watterson first penned it. It’s amusing, but then, the best Satire does contain that little kernel of otherwise unbearable Truth. I’m amazed Calvin actually found a use for the Tapioca too! :-)

The TV’s not worthy of tapioca – spinach, maybe, but not tapioca.

It is sad! I’ve literally seen two people sitting in a coffee shop at the same table, both of them in their phones!

A mind is a terrible thing to waste (almost as terrible as a bowl of tapioca).
