Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

Kids, like Calvin, are good problem detectors.
On the other hand, this reminds me of an episode of The Simpsons where Homer makes an “OK alarm”. It was like a smoke alarm, but it made a ringing noise to let you know that everything was OK. Eventually the alarm stopped ringing, because the battery died, ironically.

I see the glass half empty until I get ticked off AND SMASH IT INTO PIECES WITH A BASEBALL BAT! Then it’s empty.
Sorry, emogothic moment.
But the glass is half full, anyway.

This is one of my favorite C&H comics. (Ignoring, of course, that she could just let a little water out of the tub.)
