Texture of the food while chewing is an important part of the eating process. Tofu, to me, has an unpleasant or neutral texture.

I love tofu and I love curry, so I really love tofu curry. Little chunks of lamb in it makes it super duper good.

Tofu is a protein substitute for meat. Much rather have the chicken or lamb with the curry.
