I’m sure Arlo knew exactly what was going on. He has had a long stand issue with her sunning herself with or without the suits. Mostly I think he is being selfish and just doesn’t want to share the viewing.

She was shielded by the hedges, maybe using them as a wind block. In Colorado, even when there is snow on the ground its sunny enough to sun bathe.

When people knowingly abuse their bodies(sun tanning, etc.) it ultimately leads to higher insurance priemeums, meaning it costs ME money. Not cool.
