   Jujubes was the candy, not juju beans. Sadly they have been discontinued. For context, they were named after jujube fruit, a chinese tree fruit sometimes called a chinese date. The candy tasted nothing like the fruit, but had a similar shape. I have a jujube tree and though it doesn’t bear a huge crop, the fruit is wonderful. The candy was great, and always tasted great with a movie!
