   trumpian judge killed it, not the GQP holdover prosecutor. Same judge now deciding verdict. Which means IMHO he will get jail sentence. OTOH case likely to be reversed on appeal or rendered moot depending on SRCOTUS decision on the current 2A case

   trumpian judge. this judge is the same one who blew up the plea deal. IMHO whatever sentence the judge issues will be reversed on appeal due to judge not allowing a 2A defense. Besides I think SRCOTUS has a couple of 2A cases this year so the verdict against HB might be moot

   trump judge so not going to be probation, but because the judge didn’t allow the defense to use the 2nd amendment defense, I expect this will be reversed on appeal, or SRCOTUS which has a couple of 2A cases pending might put out their ruling tomorrow, in which case Hunter Bidens guilty verdict will be moot
