Let’s see, 43 counts, all guilty, times 12 jurors = 516 guilty votes. And not one count had even one hold out juror. He’s either sooo guilty that even a republican sympathizer can’t find even one count to rebut, or his legal team did a lousy job during voir dier. Oh, wait, my mistake. It’s all Biden’s fault. /s
Just wait for it. When he’s convicted, be it this case or the next several, someone will make the argument that there’s nothing in the Constitution barring him from the presidency. He can be barred from the local school board, but not the presidency.
