Had one is 2016. I had not abused my body, but hip pain started and, over a few weeks, became almost unbearable. Got to where it hurt to reach and close the car door, or even turn over in bed. The surgery took care of the pain. PT can get rough, but it goes w/the territory. BTW, my procedure was done using the posterior approach (they come from the back side). Now, most are done from the front, and from what I understand, recover much faster and with less pain. One of the nurses in pre-op when I got my procedure had recently returned to work after her procedure. Working on her feet in a busy pre-op unit. Go for it. You’ll be glad you did.
Now I know you’re lying! There is NO DG off the beaten path! As I read somewhere else, everywhere you see a mound of dirt piled up, soon you’ll see a DG sprout open!!Seriously, just in a short range, there are at least 6 within about a 5-6 mile range of my home. Probably more.
You are lucky! I have 4 cats, and, while they all like affection, they want it sitting beside or otherwise near you. If I pick one up and sit w/them, they are off to the next thing. Not one is a lap kitty!
So funny! A few years ago, when I moved into my current place, I placed some bird feeders out in the yard, as I had a few trees for that. Then came the squirrels! They took over. In fact, I’m pretty sure they were bringing in squirrels from other neighborhoods. They were having parties out there! I looked out one morning and there were squirrels everywhere. None of the “squirrel-proof” feeders worked. So I just gave up.
From about 60 years ago! The Beatles “Can’t Buy Me Love”.
