Yes — she’s so focused on her presentation, she’s not noticing that she forgot the shower cap. It’s like having your reading glasses on top of your head and going to search for them. :)
When I was roughly Margot’s age, I had very little idea of what I wanted to do with my working life. I had mostly lived in small towns to that point and about all I could define was that I didn’t want to do anything that I’d ever seen someone do — I didn’t want to teach high school; I didn’t want to be a doctor, nurse, etc., etc. I chose a college major mostly by having read a book about the major I chose. I quickly realized in college that it wasn’t right for me, so segued over into “undeclared” and took history classes because that was the only class I liked among the required ones for the major. After that, I just almost literally fell into everything I did from then on — computer programmer, software customer support, writer/editor for history/economic content, college computer instructor, college business instructor. :)
I’ve got an ad blocker, but I still had the gray bar yesterday. I do not today. It’s possible that they fixed whatever it was. I also have cookies, cache, etc. set to clear when I close my browser, so possibly anyone still having the gray bar may want to clear that stuff and see if they still have it.
First, read your lease yourself to see what reasons the landlord could possibly give to break the lease. Then, you can consult with a lawyer regarding what if the landlord tries to break the lease. I don’t think that you’re in NYC, but there might be something like this Legal Aid Society in your area: legalaidnyc.Org/
Sometimes they think they’ve tested it prior to putting it in production, but there hasn’t been enough testing! I heard something today about Google removing some AI stuff that they had included in their search results — they said that they’d tested it, but that “real people” had found flaws in it! :)
I had it last night (as I indicated in the comments about this last night), but I’m not seeing anything now. Perhaps they fixed it. Anyone still seeing should possibly try clearing their cookies, cache, etc. and see if it’s still there. (I have my browser set to clear everything when I close it.)
