   Got 2 foster kittens yesterday. I don’t know much about the background, other than they came from a hoarder home. Susan has been helping these people for about 10 yrs and finally told them that if they don’t let her start getting these cats fixed, she was done. The women said the kittens are semi feral even tho being raised in the house. Oh, and the black one is blind.First, neither is anywhere near feral. Both are very sweet and love to be held an cuddled. Second, the black on is not blind. At all. Its eyes just haven’t changed color. Probably because it’s too young.

   Anyway, these two are not siblings. One is about 8 weeks, grey female. Normal size. The black on is female, VERY tiny. Looks like about 3 weeks old. Still has that ‘stick straight up’ tail and wobbles when it walks. It’s mouthy and when it cries, the other one comes running. Both are using the litter box. I put the really little, shallow one in for the tiny baby but she likes the bigger box. She struggles to get in but manages. Both are eating and drinking.Moose has his first visit this morning.

   If she really IS that stupid, call Nelson over. He’ll explain it.Maybe senior centers could have third graders give classes on computers.Although, by now, computers have been around long enough that anyone 75 or younger should know what they’re doing. I picked 75 because that’s close to my age group.

   The entire house, including the living room, is either tile or planks. We have area rug in the living room, dining room and a small one under my chair in the den/office. We have cats and it was the selling point when we bought the house. So, those few things need to be vacuumed, especially in the dining room because that’s where my sewing cabinet it. (I got rid of the table and chairs 18 months ago).

   My husband always apologizes for make a mess when he cooks. I keep telling him I don’t care. Doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen is something I like to do. For me, it’s quiet time to think, make lists, watch the birds and critters from the window. Vacuuming? NOPE. Hate it. So, he does it.
