It helps if the jury is shielded from exculpatory evidence, and is instructed that they don’t need to agree on what underlying crime might have been committed. So long as they agree ‘Trump did something illegal,’ without agreeing on what the ‘something’ was, that good enough. Our system of criminal justice died yesterday.
The Climateers want us to stop eating meat because cow burps and gaseous emissions create methane (horrors!), which is actually an infinitesimal percentage of the atmosphere. What they don’t think about is what happens to the grass if cattle aren’t grazing it. Eventually it dies, rots and releases approximately the same amount of methane. In fact, a recent study where cattle were grazing near a wetland revealed methane from rotting vegetation actually increased when cattle weren’t grazing that land. (From grazing, roots went deeper for water stabilizing the land; when grazing stopped, roots didn’t need to reach so deep, causing an increase in the wetland and more vegetation rot.) Anyway . . .
I don’t care what they choose to pretend to be, so long as they don’t insist on rights and privileges that go along with their pretend persona (men pretending to be women while they shave in women’s locker rooms, or injure girls and women athletes in contact sports, or boys wearing dresses so they can sexually assault girl students in school locker rooms, for example). Getting help with their mental health issues is fine, as is irreversibly ‘customizing’ their bodies with the help of unscrupulous practitioners once they are adults are fine. But leave our children alone, and stop insisting that we must all celebrate and affirm their mental health issues.

We fled Afghanistan without bothering to tell our allies we were leaving (after equipping the Taliban with state of the art military weapons and infrastructure), we withheld arms from Ukraine to prevent a Russian battlefield defeat, and now we’re withholding arms from Israel, our only true ally in the ME. He is a despicable coward.
You are sadly misinformed. It was Republicans who passed the Civil Rights Act (which the Democrats bitterly fought and opposed). Bone up on your history.
