   My programming days were in the late 70’s. Things were much different then. COBOL, FORTRAN, PASCAL, and RPG-2 were what we learned and worked with. Later I learned Tiny Basic for instrumentation buses, that was a fun project. We hand wrote code on formatted sheets, which then was punched out on data cards.

   “When you throw out a lie like this, it makes all of your argument totally irrelevant:” @Tabby, I read this stuff everyday on these posts from both sides. Very little is truth, must is opinion from a different point of view. I am no more right than you are when trying to make a point. Your words are no more golden than mine.

   My commnet was based on the visual and verbal impressions and comments regarding this toon. If you were offended, then keep in mind, so was I, and I expressed that and so have you. If you actually “are quite religious” as you claimed, then you will know, by your faith, when it’s time to let this go.

   Ya, well suck it up, I was not aware that I couldn’t publicly disagree with any or all of the content of his toon. We shouldn’t express a viewpoint or opinion if we are afraid of being, or offending, each other. It happens here a lot.

   After seeing the left’s responses to Harrison Butker’s commencement speech, I did not believe they would approve of using “thoughts and prayers” from their podium, disapproving of Christian ideology and all.
