    William Steig collected alphabetisms that he illustrated with hilarious pictures, sometime in the 1970s. The books are CDB (child pointing stubby finger at insect) and CDC (ditto waves). Good for a giggle, especially when you’re high or exhausted.

    When I had one of these busybody robots over the stove, it would add insult to injury at a time when it was perfectly obvious what was burning, i.e. I was cooking. I disconnected the thing. The cats are best at detecting and reporting any suspicious odors or noises in the home.
