    - Well, there’s always civil disobedience and the Vote to counter these problems.

    To err is human, and humans (so far) make the rules. A truly objective opinion probably does not exist. An AI ‘system’ could fix that part, but who wants to be ruled by machines?

    With all of our collective faults, I’m sticking with America.

    Kings & queens & dictators are primitive in the extreme, and civil rights protections are nonexistent for a majority of the world’s citizens.

    Most of the world is very primitive, indeed.

    With a little luck, the rest of the state will at least see her for what she really is. And it ain’t pretty at all.

    By any chance could it be Clarence that’s doing the conflating, and Joel sarcastically doing the illustrating?

    - Just so. It’s nothing personal towards them. This Trump Worship thing is mental illness, a mass psychosis if you will – reason ain’t in it. Stalking & obsession are symptoms of disease.

    @DC Swamp –

    Case in point. Do you think researching a cartoonist that you are smitten by is a sign of robust mental health?

    @DC Swamp –

    Now, it is true that Mr. Trump darkens many of our dreams, a temporary cancer that his followers describe as living rent free in your head

    quite understandable, since he is a dangerous criminal who sows domestic & global chaos at every turn.

    But consider, if you will Mr. Swamp, a freelance Alabama cartoonist who’s stock & trade is humor and satire, and who’s work is seen (unfortunately) by comparatively few

    obviously lives in your head and keypad 24/7-365, and who personally bests you when you troll him. Every single time.
