Chicago based long-time Luann Fan. I find it a daily little respite during any day, good or bad, that I might encounter, and the interlocking, and long Luannverse time span is also very engrossing to me as well. It is a brilliant and intriguing comic. So I am a long-time Luann fan.

    Oh wait, misdirection Friday? Particularly one for such an important and beloved character, Mrs. Horner. I hope not, but as an elderly man myself, the life she lives(d) is truly written/drawn to be inspirational and as a life mentor for these young adults.

    I’ve been enjoying the arc without commenting. It’s so nice to see two legacy characters and a fully established lead character, Bets, have a a funny arc, but today’s panels finally got me to comment. Great Luann!! You are a blank slate, full of potential and possibility. Life will construct your brand. Seeing Bets and Tiffany so close is good too, and.pregnant with dramatic and hilarity ensuing (there now I said it) craziness.

    Toni is being practical, very fact based, security in facts right? Brad is emotional along with his best friend TJ. Toni is also but her defense mechanism, her security is practicality. Its her body btw. What wins emotion or practiality?

    I am not surprised this arc ended this way, but given potential, misdirection plays I hesitated to predict. Anyone pick up how loving and skilfull TJ is in being a really good friend.

    There is as large an opening for a patented misdirection play as the strip offers. I think we will all be surprised, so I’ll wait to see what happens before I try to call it.
