   This is what happened to me. At age 5, I asked to taste my mom’s coffee. It was awful. Turned me off coffee for life. My husband loves coffee. He’ll ask me to taste some great coffee and while I can detect notes of flavor, there’s still the awful coffee flavor.

   I’m thinking that not all departed loved ones are saints. Which is why he then includes “and others”.
