What used to drive me crazy was when one of my “superiors” would ask me to do something that would have taken them less than time to do themselves than it took me to ask me to do it for them!
The Monopoly street properties were based on those in early 20th century Atlantic City, New Jersey, which has a “Boardwalk” the street that runs parallel to the seashore. The famous Broadway is a street in New York City which contains the theater district and it is not in the Monopoly game. (Last time I played the board game, it’s been a few years admittedly.)
