"I'll mellow these kids," the grouch loudly chuckled, laughing so hard his knees nearly buckled. Then the grouch assigned them piles of homework, enough reading and science to drive them berserk! He handed out some phonics with a deep laugh, and just for good measure, he threw in some math. MATH The kids were stone silent, the grouch's ploy worked. And rubbing his hands, he wickedly smirked.
