The president has little to do with campus protests. We have a federal system, remember? Would the cartoonist rather the president step in and make the incident worse as Nixon and Agnew did before Kent State? At least the protests were against a direct invasion of a neutral country, widening a frustrating war in Southeast Asia.
The President is not a college president. He is to take care of our national interests, both domestic and foreign. Biden is doing that and it’s a full time job.
Why should Biden say anything about protests? Irrespective of point of view, there’s a right to protest and when it goes beyond the law, local law enforcement handles it.
It just strikes me as utterly WEIRD that MAGA’s think DJT is being treated differently than others on trial. NOBODY gets to post online threats against the court. Most would already be attending the trial from their jail cell, after the third or fourth offense.
Flashaaway, is that how you really wanted to spell your moniker? When the dust settles over this persecution of Trump, there will be a long line of sorry no good perverts and TDS sufferers waiting to be put out of their misery in the guillotine line. I’ll be selling soft drinks and popcorn at the concession stand. Sweet dreams snowflakes. And you, Mr. Flash, I hope you get your satisfaction in the booty-call line in federal prison.
Congressional hearing erupts in laughter as Dem brings up Trump’s bleach-injection
Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) on Wednesday drew laughter during a congressional hearing when he brought up former President Donald Trump’s past ramblings about curing COVID-19 by injecting disinfectant.
“Mr. Flaherty… when the previous president suggested that perhaps the ingestion of bleach might cure COVID, was that misinformation?” he asked.
Flaherty said he “can’t speak to that,” as laughter erupted in the room.
“Now when he suggested, perhaps, sources of light in certain orifices of the body might also work, was that misinformation?” he asked.
“I believe, my understanding is, that was medically inaccurate,” Flaherty replied.
“And by the way, did that president get COVID?” Connolly asked.
“Congressman, I recall that he did,” said Flaherty.
Potential Trump VP pick says ‘if you’re a billionaire’ you should vote for Trump
One of the possible picks to be Donald Trump’s vice presidential running mate, seen as “rapidly ascending” the list, is urging billionaires to vote for the ex-president.
North Dakota Republican Governor Doug Burgum “is quickly moving up former President Trump’s list of possible vice presidential picks because Trump’s team believes he would be a safe choice who could attract moderate voters,” Axios reported on Sunday. “Burgum is on a long list of VP contenders, but Trump’s rising interest in the North Dakota governor has been clear in recent weeks — and reveals his latest thinking about how he thinks his running mate could help him with undecided voters.”
Billionaires will get free tax breaks under Trump, make the little people pay their taxes.

The trick to being a good president is knowing when to speak and when to shut the %^&* up.
Look at all of Trump’s woes. The dude just does not know how to shut his yap and ride it out.
Obama was the same way. When he got in trouble it was when he said something he just didn’t need to say.
Biden likes to talk. If he’s keeping his mouth shut now, it’s a good thing. He needs to keep letting state governors handle their problems.

A point of information, nobody else involved in the case has a gag order. Is that not discrimination? It totally is unfair.
