Ever notice that when cons are confronted with anything that might require empathy, deep research, and critical thinking, they trot out their ol’ bogey man, the so-called “radical left”? Even though they have no idea of what that really is. Just a worthless label. It would be far more accurate to say “$#@&!, always someone rational wants to confuse me with facts and spoil my..‘fill in the blank’ (racist, mysogenistic, bigoted, etc.) beliefs and rants.”

These recent protests don’t even rise to the level of a zephyr in a teapot. Anyone who thinks that they are perilous and disruptive didn’t live through the Vietnam and Civil rights era protests and riots — or refuses to acknowledge them now. Just how old is Payne (we already know that he’s naive and stupid, so youth is his only remaining excuse for this cartoon)?

Why is it so hard to understand that protesting the killing of Palestinian civilians is not the same as being antisemitic? Personally, I deplore ALL of the killing going on in the Middle East, and Ukraine, and Iran, and America and anywhere else. It’s not about hating Jews, it’s about hating endless, senseless, violence.

A “modest proposal” ala Jonathan Swift for a Final Solution to the War in Gaza: There are about 2.5M Palestinians in Gaza. Biden has allowed 10M migrants to cross our border, what are a few more? There is plenty of room, but not much water, in the American Southwest. Perhaps the area around the Salton Sea in California southeast of Palm Springs? There is also a town called Mecca and the landscape is like the Dead Sea. I’m sure the sanctuary state of California and Gov. Newsom would welcome all who wish to migrate.

I can’t imagine what Hamas was thinking when they attacked on Oct 7. How did they expect Israel to react? Did they expect to just run amok for a day, and that would be all?
