And the tax payers pay for it! That’s like “taxation without representation!”

It needs to be defunded. Unfortunately, congress wouldn’t know a budget cut if it slapped them in the face.

The American version of Stalin’s Pravda. Nothing more. It needs to be defunded or replaced. Only oppressive Nazi sympathizers would disagree.

Republicans hate NPR because it broadcast the total Water Gate hearings and did so in a fact based NONPARTISAN way, and, for the most part, has continued that policy.

“Conservatives” have been against NPR for years because they try to look at all sides of the issue, not just the EXTREEME right issue?

People criticizing NPR for being too far to the left has been going on for years. I remember when there were republicans calling for defunding NPR and declaring that Rush Limbaugh should be made the true Public Radio.

People who are against NPR are the ones who are against people being able to think for themselves.

it’s no surprise that a rightwing dingbat like payne would be unhappy about a news organization that provides wide-ranging, balanced coverage of the news…

Love it. ONE GUY with an axe to grind claimed, with no evidence whatsoever, that NPR has a “slant” and instantly it becomes an established fact.

You ’Mericans sure are short on critical thinking skills.

If NPR is 100% liberal in the stated views, let them compete in the marketplace. Oh wait. They just looked up the history of Air America, so they want subsides. They realize now they’ll quickly go out of business without them. Also, don’t you love it when a white person says they hate whites like the new CEO?

Well it is Propaganda, 87 Democrats and no Republicans and no Independents in the NPR Washington Office. Or was that PBS in Washington?

I read this article on the Town Hall website written by Sarah Arnold. I found it disgusting that that many babies had their lives ended early as they had no voice speaking on their behalf. I guess the unborn are not a part of the pro choice movement. Here is a part of the article as many will find it sad as I did, many lefties will be pleased with what it said and yet be glad there were not aborted.

“According to Planned Parenthood’s 2022-23 annual report, abortions performed by the organization accounted for the top four leading causes of death. This is largely due to the clinic pressuring pregnant women to have the procedure 97 percent of the time rather than convince them to consider alternative options such as an adoption plan.

Between 2022 and 2023, the anti-life clinic performed 392,715 abortions and helped get 33,000 women the transportation, travel support, and financial assistance they needed to continue with the procedure.

In comparison, over 695,000 Americans died from heart disease in 2021, 605,000 died from cancer, 416,000 from COVID-19, and nearly 225,000 from accidents, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“Planned Parenthood’s business is abortion, abortion, and more abortion,” Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America’s president Marjorie Dannenfelser said. “Their annual report shocks the conscience, showing that they ended nearly 393,000 American lives in a single year.”

Planned Parenthood received $700 million in taxpayer funds from D.C. Democrats who support the pro-abortion movement. This makes up a third of the organization’s revenue. As a result, they ended the fiscal year with $2.5 billion in net assets. "
