I only know what that drug is because it turned up in another strip a few days ago (Moderately Confused, 23 April 2024) and I asked what it was. Not being from the US I wasn’t aware of it because we don’t get those sort of adverts here in the UK.

If they started 400 years ago then they could show up any day now. I do hope to get probed.

RJ could really use an intellectual equal. But then again, the strip wouldn’t be as funny.

And will it take 400 years to get to the end of this series?

“The three-body system in the story is based on a real neighboring star system called Alpha Centauri. At about 4 light-years from Earth, it’s the closest star system to our own and contains three stars: Alpha Centauri A, Alpha Centauri B, and Proxima Centauri, which has two planets orbiting around it.”

    And…

“Although it has not been renewed for Season 2, these high streaming numbers increase its chances. It is also important to note that co-creator D.B. Weiss is already hopeful that 3 Body Problem will return. He recently stated that they were already planning what would happen in Season 2”

    It WAS a fun binge.

Funny to read this while listening to Neil deGrasse Tyson explain the three-body problem.
