You can abuse the audience all you want, if you create the illusion that the puppet is saying it. But if such comments would ever be coming from the performer himself, the tomatoes would begin to fly.

“Mr. Blinky, your teacher tells me that you threw a stick at her.” “No I didn’t; I was just waving hello and my arm came off.”

I just hope that he can get the deposit back on those tuxes after he cut a hole in the back of that Hervé Villachez signature jacket.

Monty might have better luck trying a Punch and Judy style puppet show but he’d probably end hitting himself with the stick.

Monty looks better without his moldy old green checkie pants.
