I wonder what’s in the jar? Instant decaf? Powdered creamer? Those are worse than just sticking with regular coffee. Maybe it’s a jar of honey? A bit of honey wouldn’t be bad at all.
I drink decaf espresso most of the time. You get used to it. Caffeine moves active time; it doesn’t create active time. If you overdo caffeine, your body will not thank you.
