So wacko shoots a kid and will now face justice and likely the rest of his life in jail where he belongs.
Now think about some white kid just walking down the street in the wrong big city neighborhood. Easily dead in minutes , minimal police response, just another unsolved murder statistic.
The obvious answer is delivery by drone. Or, lower-tech: The way my brother and I delivered the newspaper: Driving by on the road… not TOO fast… and throwing the paper under the car, on the roof, or into the sprinkler.
Even at the rate all the major chains produce pizzas every day, they’d be hard pressed to outdo the number of guns . Some of the gun fetishists couldn’t handle a hot pizza safely.
I wouldn’t worry about that in the New England states. Most of us are not as trigger happy as much of the rest of the country, but even the worst of us would NEVER shoot the pizza delivery guy!
The idea of requiring a check to determine if you are nuts before letting you buy a gun is a step in the right direction, but this guy might have been sane 30 years ago when he bought the gun. If he then spent the last 30 years sitting in front of his TV and computer, that could have a very detrimental affect on that mental state.

Yes, because some value what they think the 2nd Amendment says rather than a fellow human being’s life….

Because you might run into an old, frightened white guy who’s going to be terrified of the FEDEX, UPS, USPS, Prime and any other delivery driver.

But you never hear about those kids.

Instead of asking about extras the pizza shops should be asking about a safety window for delivery, no guns in hand for 40 minutes please.

You only need to caution the black delivery driver to go to to the correct address
