No day is boring day with Fabulous FoXo’s Brilliant BOZO!
For those who come in late, these fabulous fun funnies was envisioned and executed so beautifully and brilliantly by FoXo Reardon, a true master cartoonist who told his funny tales with his awesome artwork alone, without any of his characters in BOZO ever saying a single word.
An especially excellent epitome of pictures speaking thousand words, BOZO also the most pleasant picturesque pantomime where every panel is like a photograph of a three-dimensional cartoon world of realistic-looking depths and details. Such was his powerful perspective artwork which brought to life a lovely lively world of BOZO!
FoXo a rare combination of both sharp wits and artistic talents which is rarely seen together in the same cartoonist, a true master and professional cartoonist whose work quality speaks for itself and as you can see for yourself BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning! More about FoXo and BOZO in the About page.
So no wonder that these wonderful wordless wonders still bring great joy and sheer cheer to many even today.
But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.
Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many many more!
…
And yes, yes of course another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever enjoyable ever excellent evergreen entertainer, the brilliantly beautiful and beautifully brilliant BOZO!
And yes of course many thanks to Micheal Reardon for bringing BOZO back for us all!
Free bird. Rockin Robin. Rockin problem. I have a similar problem with pictures. I swear that sometimes the frame is absolutely straight, but the picture is crooked.
GETTING THE BIRD- I just hope Bozo doesn’t hit the bird with his propeller! TOO NOISY- I guess the bird is trying to warble like a nightingale, only to wined cawing like a crow. FOR ART’S SAKE- I agree with Bozo, and Art, a picture of Fuzzy beats a landscape of leaning house..
1) BIRD OF A FEATHER: Bozo loses his beloved bird. To find it he takes his plane with the bird cage to search in the air!
2) SELECTIVE HEARING: Bozo using the noisy jackhammer is bothered by a nearby bird singing. He scares it off. How can he hear that bird? Another superpower Bozo has?
3) CURCULAR LOGIC: Bozo is having a devil of a time putting up a rectangular picture but couldn’t get it straight. Answer: use a circular one easier to set up!
1. BOZO in plane looking for his birdy reminds me of: “Over There”: 1917 WW1 great song by George M. Cohan. Memorial Day just passed and 4th July upon us. Play this song on Youtube. Wonderful. Many have never heard it. Thanks Mr. Reardon Sir, for continuing to bring sunshine into our lives from past and present. 2. I prefer tweets over jackhammer drilling. And BOZO gets some ear plugs for safety. 3. Perseverance over frustration wins the day.
I shall be blunt. I only follow strips that are well-drawn. I find the vast majority of contemporary strips poorly drawn. Finding Foxo and his friend Bozo has been the best thing to happen to me in quite a while. How I was ignorant of his work stuns me. I lived several years in Richmond Virginia, and worked at the VCU Cabell Library. Do they have any of Foxo’s work in their collection? If you’re not acquainted with their comics collection, it’s worth making the trip, if only to see the hotel door that Billy DeBeck painted to cover his hotel bill.

1 Bozo searches high and low for what I hope isn’t Bozann’s bird. (Free Bird—Lynard Skynyrd)
2 That rocking robin keeps throwing Bozo off his rhythm. (Hit The Road Jack—Ray Charles)
3 As we watch Umbrella Guy observe the beginning of a new day, Bozo goes off with the slippery slope. (Here Comes The Sun—the Beatles)

2∾ If birds could ♪♫ talk ♬♪ they’d tell Bozo to stop the racket!
3∾ It looks like Bozo finally got a round Tuit!

1) Bozo searching high in the sky for the pretty birdie.
2) Bozo shoos the noisy birdie so he can make his own noise.
3) Fuzzy can make sure the picture doesn’t tilt one way or the other.
