@Sun: I guess you didn’t notice the number of Internal Revenue employees which Congress already voted for and the President already signed. These people will not only replace expected attrition and reduce the backlog of paperwork, but they will also be much more capable of dealing with tax cheats and their grey-market accounting methods, returning literally billions to the treasury that should have been there all along if we had had the personnel.
