The highest I’ve flown was a flight on a 737 (not the MAX!) to Dallas-Fort Worth… captain told us we were at 41,000 feet… and it was so high that traffic below us looked far, far away… :-)
Oops! They’ve been diverted to a runway in heaven? Pilot error?
My interpretation? The plane crashed and Ziggy is dead.
