The other day Walmart I hadn’t been to in several months. They now have more self check registers than ones with cashiers. Ill use one when I have only a few items but not when my basket is full. Even the self check registers had long lines, seems half of them had been powered down to save electricity.

Express checkout can be a paradox. The faster you go the slower you checkout. If in doubt just visit a Walmart.

Self check out is a hoot; no matter how many times I wave my butt over the scanner, it never acknowledges that I have checked myself out.

Yours still have cashiers? Mine is almost all self- checkout.
