Speaking as a longtime resident of Burbank, I always get a ‘kick’ when I see it mentioned in this strip (this is the third time I’ve noticed it). I realize it’s probably due to the then-popular Laugh-In and The Tonight Show, which often made jokes about this town.
It’s still my favorite place I’ve ever lived. :-)
I don’t know any little belly dancers, though. :-(
