We fill these nuclear power stations in order to reduce CO2 emission... Iran Copenhagen
Well, it’s true in a sense. Nuclear power is cleaner than some.
As for the actual cartoon… hey scott, I agree with what you said! How about that?
neon Green Jobs.
Strange, only 4 people went to the conference
It’s just as believable as OUR increasing nuclear plants, or many other nations, like Japan, France, etc. I’m sure Israel’s nuclear program is also totally benign. It might be worth observing that Iran is every bit as “open” about their nuclear program as the U.S. is. With Russia’s navy falling apart and them looking to buy ships from France, is THEIR old nuclear program and supplies of equipment, and “fuels”, no longer a concern?
Churchillwasright, I suspect that dtroutma’s point, among other things, is that Iran is just as «legitimate» a nation as Israel, the US, Japan, France, etc. Now we may disagree what it takes to constitute a nation, but the Persians have certainly been around as a coherent and cohesive unit for a long time, so questioning their «legitimacy» is probably not productive. As for your hope that that country of 70 million inhabitants is «turn[ed] into a parking lot», that would seem to be the level of moral thinking we have come to expect from you….
