Hmm, Bush and Cheney DID try to shoot back, but the elections kept Chavez in power, but did strike down his effort to expand his power. Gee- elections, a guy who abides by them, what a revelation for neocons and the “Chicago School boys”!! (That’s the Milton Friedman ones, not the often whined about Chicago politics.)

Don’t hate your enemies too much, you might become exactly like them.

«US allowed to shoot back» ?!! The US has been shooting all over the world ever since the end of WW II, with nary a by your leave to anyone else. What do you mean, «scottfreitas», by «allowed» ? That Anthony Charles Lynton Blair tells George Walker Bush that it’s OK to begin yet another war of aggression ?…
