In Old Russia there has been a rash of overweight Ninja maulings…One gang removes a piece of cloth from the victim’s pockets to keep a tally of their victims.

I could have sworn that was our own I.R.S. with congress backing.
Government stealing tax money, thats a mirror image of each of those countries.
What they say: We use your tax dollars to pay for improvements.
What they mean: We have to live fat and happy and take care of a few things so you wont complain about taking your hard earned cash.
