Secondly, the US banks are not in Dubai really since it was the shieks that bought stock in US banks (citi, BoAmerica) and they got burned when they tanked.
Thirdly, Obama cannot and would not bail out Dubai, that is merely idiotic rhetoric used to inflame impressionable ears.
