Well, I had thought it was in reference to the ongoing slaughter in Sudan, which continues despite the arrest warrant for al Bashir. The victims of this are caught in the middle and continue to suffer. A good friend of mine lost her entire family in Sudan. My comment was simply meant to say that although our economic situation in this country is bad, it can always be worse - and often is.
