    Donald Tяцmp☠, the head of the party that once claimed to stand for the freedom of private businesses, is now threatening to issue an executive order against Twitter and other social media platforms for, boo hoo, exercising THEIR free speech rights to determine what content they allow on their platforms or how they will allow it to be presented.

    In his Constitutional illiteracy, Tяцmp☠ is utterly ignorant of the fact the First Amendment protects individual rights against GOVERNMENT overreach; it has no role in commercial activities, though Congress can enact legislation to regulate business operations under the interstate and international commerce clauses of the enumerated powers in Article I Section 8.

    In his further Constitutional illiteracy, Tяцmp☠ is utterly ignorant of what an executive order can or cannot do. Despite his fantasies, he cannot rule by fiat like the dictator he aspires to become, simply by legislating by executive order.

    Executive orders are directives to exercise executive powers within the executive branch as to how it will be run, what the priorities and protocols will be, etc.

    Tяцmp☠ cannot just issue executive orders over private businesses.

    “Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservatives voices…” ~ DJT.

    Well, duh! Without their lies, Tяцmp☠ & Co. have nothing. Anymore, facts, truth, and objective reality are kryptonite to Chief Tweeting Bull and all Republicans. Any exposure to such kryptonite weakens or destroys their delusional propaganda, indeed their delusional worldview, and cannot be tolerated. If the Republicans were unable to propagate their lies, they’d be silenced.

    “Reality” gets Trumped – {1.40 limericks}

    His “reals” aren’t actually factual; -

    - “fantasies” are more satisfactual.

    He prefers fabrications // and the facts’ mutations, …

    … to get ovations // during orations

    which declaim stuff not factually actual.

    Sadly, this is NOT AN EXAGGERATION!!!!

    This IS , of course, just another in his long line of empty threats, continuing his blustering and blathering threats to sue this person, or that company, or so forth and so on, NONE of which he EVER follows through. Remember his “Threat” to pull the FCC License of News Organizations that DARE to question his infinite (Infinitesimal?) wisdom? Just one of MANY EXAMPLES of his mouth overriding ANYTHING approaching common sense OR THE LAW!!

    “The Tweet Stings in Life Are Free?”

    It’s instructive to notice, that our now reigning POTUS

    Has several facial expressions to make public impressions.

    Some he might perform on purpose at each rally circus;

    Others might be subliminal, exposing thoughts near criminal.

    .

    A smirk with narrowed eyes means he’s spewing blatant lies,

    And he pivots and squirms as if those lies were emerging worms.

    Whereas, with wide open eyes, a blank look of total surprise,

    Blameless look of a small child, he hopes you’re well beguiled.

    .

    And thumbs used for tweeting probably take quite a beating;

    So the pained look in his face — noble sacrifice to his Base!

    His entire body movements show disdain and disapprovements

    As he stalks from a copter flight and starts a media fight.

    .

    A snake may have a rattle, a bear rises up before a battle;

    A dog barks, snarls and snaps — and Trump wields Twitter apps.

    To purloin half his pleasure, the false comments he does treasure;

    To suggest some background research is his Method to besmirch.

    .

    And so is it any wonder, Donald Trump would fume and thunder

    That Twitter should be made to suffer, its corporate life made rougher?

    If corporations then are human, it could dodge disaster loomin’

    And bow to Trump as Twitter King, avoid his word sword’s biting sting.

    I just shook my head when a MAGA whined wearing mask violated his rights to free speech, But supports limiting voting, punishing social media platforms for FactChecking (something that should have been done in the first place. Then it is now okay to monitor our data without warrants. He ignores that the GOP pushed the patriot act that can take his AR-15 anytime they want for vague reasons.

    Beyond the obvious worst fear for America is my 2nd most anxiety-producing concern: that Ginsburg or Breyer will pass away sometime between now and Jan. 3, when the new Congress takes over, and Moscow Mitch will ram thru the next Kavanaugh, completely ignoring the thousand voices a day reminding him of his own Merrick Garland Principle, because he’s wielding what the D&D world would call the Unscathable Shield of Hypocrisy.

    I have come to the serious and rational conclusion over these years that the man is a narcissistic psychopath. He cannot change even if he wanted. He knows there’s nothing wrong with him, it’s the rest of the world. To expect Trump to change is futile. He can no more change than the Scorpion in the fable. I no longer allow him to get under my skin, to distract me from the most important issues right now – Covid 19 102,943 dead, Covid 19 1,757,778 positive cases AND Blacks being killed by rogue policemen and Covid 19.
