I read today that the Department of Justice (the current pseudonym of Bill Barr) tried to tell Mueller that he couldn’t say anything over and above what was already in the report. I have no idea how they propose to enforce that edict, since he no longer works for them.
There have been so many really damning revelations about Trump by now—there were so many even before the election. If any other president had done what we know Trump has done, he would have been gone long ago. The people who support him are beyond reason. We just have to outvote them in 2020. That means really good organization. Once there’s a nominee, all Democrats have to get together and make sure she (or he) gets the votes.
It’s not a bad translation. It’s a bad case of “wish-fulfillment filter”. What I hope happens on Wednesday is that someone convinces Mueller to drop out of multi-negative lawyer speak and just say something like “We are pretty sure he cheated, lied about important things and engaged in illegal behavior, but so far we haven’t been able to prove it.”
I wish I had a dollar for every time he has said “no collusion!” “no obstruction!” I could buy one of his golf courses and turn it into a nature preserve.

The Mueller Report reminds me of the Bible (and the Koran) groups interpret them to fit their beliefs.
