That’s not how this country was supposed to operate. .Old: “Those who do not remember history are doomed to repeat it.”New: “Those who never knew any history are doomed to force us all to repeat it.”
Do NOT Understand WHY he gets votes at all.Like Kaffekup just said, the new"(those who never knew any history are doomed to force us all to repeat it." Hope this is OK with you Kaffekup, I really liked your comment!
There are also those who regard tact, nuance, and diplomacy as not “real talk.” Trump says what he thinks; there’s little actual thought behind it, and much of it is deplorable, but it passes for “honesty”; he doesn’t “talk like a politician.”
I love the way the conservatives here whine that protesters should just stay away from the demagogue or it’s their own fault. Just as Rosa Parks should have stayed off the bus, and the marchers should have stayed off the bridge.
Trump’s irresponsible threat of violence if the GOP does not pick him verges on the insane. Do you really want a meglomaniac like that with his hand on the button?
I’m not a big fan of Trump, but I prefer him to the old liar and old socialist on the other side. As to the violence, it seems obvious after careful review that there’s a good deal of professional adjitators causing the problems.

Trump is so annoying, he has already succeeded at making American grate again.

When America grates, lets hope that the cheese that they grate has no wood cellulose filling in it.

Trumps rallies are more like out of control wrestling matches.

This leads me to think that perhaps Mr. Toles does read these comments.

Instead of a business suit, isn’t it time to start portraying Trump (Drumpf, Trampl, T Rump, whatever) in a nice, crisp Brownshirt?

The actual news story shows Ayres was in attendance.
Some hysterical person above lied about the rest of it or did not provide any documentation of their false claim.

Is Donald Trump a clear and present danger to the United States of America? Yeah. (Sometimes short and simple does it best……..)

Tom Clancy (Clear and Present Danger) would find a way to make Trump a hero!

This is what the Republicans bring to the debate. Next you’ll be wanting to punch someone in the nose.

Trump needs to take responsibility for what happens at his rallies. It is Trump’s fault if he does not provide adequate security at his own events.
