    The idea that Congress is in any significant way representative of the American people is just ludicrous. The House would not have a Republican majority were it not for the egregious gerrymandering in several states, and the Senate is intrinsically and profoundly unrepresentative (1 vote for a senator from Wyoming equals something like 66 votes for a senator from California). Then top that off with the overwhelming influence of both dark campaign money and armies of well-funded lobbyists. What we have before us, folks, is a Potemkin legislature on the take and a catastrophe for our nation.

    Congressmen should wear suits with corporate logos on them, sized proportionally according to how much they get.
